Although we were far from home and out in the middle of nowhere on Christmas morning, my mom went out of her way to make it an extra special day for the kids (and grownups!). On Christmas Eve, the kids all got to open one present, which was matching jammies. There was a little drama from Sophie and Zadie who didn't get jammies with reindeer on the feet, but don't they all look so darn cute here in their matching polka dots? Santa found us at the ranch and delivered stockings stuffed with all kinds of interesting and fun toys. The kids had great fun. The most popular gift was cameras for the little girls, which they are showcasing below. We also had a wonderful Christmas meal together with the Swints and Wilsons - we all contributing a dish and it was simply divine! Yum yum!
